The IP.Elevate: Pathways, Development & Leadership program aims to supply high school and college students with the knowledge, skills, and mentorship needed to confidently navigate their educational and career journeys. Students gain access to self-paced courses, mock interviews, and interactive soft skill scenarios that prepare them for real-world success. The program also features live virtual webinars, team meetings, and the guidance of an assigned mentor who provides personalized support and accountability. Together, these experiences help students build professional confidence, strengthen leadership abilities, and take intentional steps toward their future success.
